Time will tell?

Now hear me out… Assuming the republic survives  even two years under Shitler, Harris losing might have been the best thing for the DNC.  Now don’t bunch your panties, think about had she won.  She would have been nearly a lame duck right off the bat with the current congress. Even if she had congress what would she have done about wealth inequality, reversing Bush capital gains tax cuts, the corporate tax rate, on and on? She talked about a few good policies that would have helped, but not nearly enough about undoing the damage of neoliberalism and its quest to destroy the middle class. Obama could have done something about all of that but decided not to and just added to the neoliberal policies to help get us to where we are today. 

The question now needs to be will the DNC finally learn to read the room? For the last 16+ years they’ve totally sucked at it!  Maybe if they’d pull their heads out of their large donor’s asses, it would help.  Their policies have made them moderate republicans as the GOP has gone full bore fascist.  Again, assuming the republic survives even two years, will they finally learn something?
